14-day returns

• You are allowed a period of fourteen (14) days starting from the day you receive your order to initiate a return of the Products. The Products should be returned in their original condition, accompanied by proof of purchase, in order to receive a refund.
• When we mention “original condition,” we mean that you have maintained the original packaging and labels in good condition, allowing the Products to be resold at their full price, and that you have not used the Products.
• After the receipt of the returned order, we will Refund the cost of the purchased Products within 5-7 days via bank transfer. Refund will be done on the same card that was used while purchasing the products online.

Please note that we are unable to accept the following:

• Products that have been damaged due to misuse or show signs of wear, even if they are still within the warranty period.
• Products that have been used, modified, assembled, or installed, unless they are found to be defective.
• Bedding, mattresses, bath products, kids’ products, pillows, sheets, comforters, bed-in-a-bag, duvets, duvet covers, memory foam, towels, and bathrobes that have been removed from their original packaging.
• Assembled products, unless there is a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to assess for defects and will either repair or replace the defective products at our discretion.
